A quick morning walk in the sunshine after the school drop & before settling into work. A walk among the trees in the Phoenix Park, as the sun peaked through was a lovely way to start the day and reflect in the quiet silence.

Hoping to walk more than the 20km… Walking in the dark on a busy city street doesn’t leave a lot of headspace for reflection, but I kept the headphones away & tried to stay present… At least the rain has subsided. Will walk again tomorrow…
